When selecting an antivirus supplier, we recommend that you take into account the results of tests conducted by independent antivirus test labs such as VirusBulletin, AV-Test and AV-Comparatives. We have included some of these reviews to convince you on our website and try to update them regularly. Some providers choose not to participate in each lab. This can be unsuccessful due to time and financial reasons (antivirus companies have to pay to test labs), and in some cases also due to time constraints.
The Organization for Malware Testing Standards (AMTSO) was founded in May 2008 as an international non-profit association focused on the global need to improve the objectivity, quality and relevance of malware testing methods. To that end, it has developed guidelines for conducting tests in laboratories. Please note that our lists are not based on malware detection results, but on a combination of factors.
